Description

A multi-tenant call center application.

This web application allows administrators to configure a collection of widgets per tenant and assemble the user's dashboard. Users, who are operators in a call-center, get all their functionalities in a single page and can answer calls and act accordingly via the web site.

The development team includes the customer's development team and CodeValue experts.
