In his current position Erez is CodeValue's Chairman of the board. As CodeValue's Chairman,  Erez is leading CodeValue through the challenges and targets CodeValue is facing in its everyday business life.

Together with his personal qualities and his rich experience in business development, Erez is responsible for the company success and growth.

Ben Eldar, CEO

Ben is CodeValue's CEO. 

Ben has a vast experience in leading services organizations, Business development operations and delivery processes.

Before joining CodeValue, Ben served as Director of Business Development in Taldor Communications, responsible for the entire computing infrastructure business operation.

In his previous position Ben served as Director of Professional Services in GlassHouse Technologies, Leading the Professional services and Support Organization.

Alon Fliess, Chief Architect

Alon is the founder and Chief Architect at CodeValue.

Alon is a global authority on multiple technologies and platforms - Cloud Computing, Windows internals, C++ Windows programming, .NET with C# or C++/(CLI/CX).

He is co-author of the Windows 7 Microsoft Training Program and the books Introducing Windows 7 for Developers published by Microsoft Press.

For his proven expertise and community leadership, Alon was awarded Microsoft Regional Director (MRD) and Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP VC++) status. As a result Alon is an in-demand speaker on these subjects at major international conferences such as TechEd Europe, TechEd USA, NDC and more.

Beyond heading up most of CodeValue's complex, strategic consulting and development projects, Alon is a CodeCollege top faculty member, bringing to the job many years of training experience both in Israel and abroad. Alon received his B.Sc. in Electrical & Computer Engineering from the Technion, Israel’s prestigious Institute of Technology.

Eran Stiller, CTO

Eran Stiller is a software architect, consultant, instructor and technology addict. With many years of experience in software development and architecture, Eran is recognized as a Microsoft MVP on Microsoft Azure for his contribution to technical communities worldwide.

A Co-Founder at CodeValue Ltd., Eran practices software architecture at various clients on an almost daily basis, reviewing many designs in many professional fields. As CodeValue's CTO, Eran is in charge of learning and promoting the usage of various technologies and platforms throughout CodeValue’s projects and customer solutions.

Eran instructs various software courses and workshops and is a frequent public speaker at various local & international events, meetups and user groups on topics he finds especially interesting. Furthermore, Eran is the founder of Azure Israel - the largest Azure related Meetup in Israel.

Dani Beck, CFO

Dani is the CFO at CodeValue.

Dani has many years of experience in various areas of financial management, financial reporting and tax management.

Before joining CodeValue, Dani served as the Controller for the International Real Estate Group Canada-Israel, responsible for managing financial and operational aspects of the group.

Before that  Dani served as a CPA at Price Waterhouse Coopers, mainly specializing in Audit and Tax reviews.

Dani is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a B.A in Economics and Accounting from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Ilana Glotman, VP Human Resources

Ilana has 12 years of  human resources and managerial experience in the hi-tech industry, in both national and international companies & corporations. Ilana has the know how in business partnership, talent acquisition, training development, coaching and organizational development.

Ilana also specializes in project management, budget planning and mergers & acquisitions processes.

Before joining CodeValue, Ilana was part of human resources team at Intel Corporation, leading the hiring for Intel Design Groups, partnering with senior management of Global Intel, and leading strategic mergers & acquisitions processes. In this role Ilana was also responsible for training development, legal consulting and compensation & benefits aspects.

Ilana holds MA in Organizational Sociology from Haifa University and Coaching Diploma from the Technion.

Lihi Kab, VP Delivery

Lihi is a seasoned Delivery Expert.  Since 2013, Lihi held several business positions in CodeValue, starting as a UX expert and then a Senior Delivery Manager. In this capacity, Lihi managed tens of complexed projects spread across a variety of industries and technology verticals. Since 2018, Lihi is CodeValue’s VP Delivery. Prior to CodeValue, Lihi served for over a decade as an Officer (Captain) in the Israeli Intelligence Corps. Running & managing technology projects in some of the IDF’s elite technology units. Lihi holds an M.Sc Management Science degree and BA in Behavioral Science from Tel-Aviv University.

In her spare time, Lihi volunteered as a medic and instructor at “Magen David Adom” and today serves as a business success mentor for women from disadvantaged populations.

Michael Kanevsky, VP Innovation

Michael Kanevsky a co-founder at CodeValue and is an experienced architect, with a passion for technology and more than 12 years of development and management experience. His experience covers developing and managing software projects of different types and sizes: from the smallest DSP-based real-time applications, to multi-site distributed processing applications built with the latest Microsoft technologies.

When not building pocket-sized, number crunching devices in his spare time, he can be found developing and consulting in areas of embedded development, image processing and enterprise applications for Israeli and international companies. His love for entrepreneurship got him involved in several start-up companies, with CodeValue being the latest and the most promising endeavor so far.
